3. Membership and Access

MICREP does not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of verification results.

7. Reporting Misconduct

Members may submit confidential reports regarding employee misconduct.

By submitting a report, you confirm that:

• the information is provided in good faith
• the report is based on information you reasonably believe to be true
• you have authority to submit the report
• you are not submitting malicious, false, or defamatory claims

MICREP reserves the right to:

• review submitted reports
• restrict or remove inappropriate submissions
• retain reports for audit, investigation, or compliance purposes

8. Evidence and File Uploads

The portal may allow the upload of supporting evidence such as:

• documents
• images
• written records

You are responsible for ensuring that uploaded files:

• are relevant to the report
• do not violate privacy or legal obligations
• do not contain malicious software
• do not infringe intellectual property rights

MICREP may remove files that violate these conditions.

9. Confidentiality

MICREP is designed to handle sensitive information responsibly.

However, users must also maintain confidentiality when using the platform. This includes:

• protecting employee data
• restricting access to authorized personnel
• avoiding unauthorized disclosure of report content

Users are responsible for ensuring their organization complies with applicable data protection and employment laws.

10. Platform Security

MICREP uses reasonable security measures to protect the platform and user data.

• keeping login credentials secure
• logging out from shared devices
• reporting suspicious account activity

MICREP cannot be held responsible for losses resulting from compromised user credentials.

11. Service Availability

MICREP aims to maintain reliable access to the platform.

• maintenance

• infrastructure updates
• security events

MICREP does not guarantee uninterrupted access.

12. Intellectual Property
